This course aims to build on the stamina and ability to conduct different types of water and land base rescues within required time limit.

CPR

In CPR, students will learn in-depth knowledge of the Respiratory and Circulatory System and the required treatments when deal with different types of situations in needs of casualty revival.

  1. Clear understanding of Water Safety, Survival and Rescue Principles and Emergency aftercare. (Theory Q&A)

  2. Rescue in different scenarios based in both Land and in Water.

  3. Timed Rescue using non-contact clothing towing on Conscious casualty 50 Metres away and secure in support position within 3 minutes 15 seconds.

  4. Contact towing on Conscious and in panic casualty 50 Metres away and assisting casualty back to land.

  5. Resuscitation Rescue without aid to unconscious casualty 15 Metres away and tow back to provide CPR within 1 minute 15 seconds.

 This Course Aims to Enhancing Practical and Theoretical skills in dealing with more realistic water rescue situations.

In SN.R Students will learn the Basic Anatomy and Physiology; 2 man rescuer CPR; Emergency Care for casualties suffering in distress (such as shock; blocked airway; hypothermia; external bleeding; asphyxia and heart attack).

  1. Clear understanding of Water Safety, Survival and Rescue Principles and Emergency aftercare. (Theory Q&A)

  2. Able to complete Rescue with clothing towing over 75 Metres and Secure Casualty in support position within 5 minutes.

  3. Rescue Conscious and in Panic casualty 25 Metres away and preform contact tow for 75 Metres to Safety and provide after-care.

  4. Resuscitation Rescue with buoyant aid to unconscious casualty 30 Metres away and tow back to provide CPR within 1 minute.

  5. Rescue 2 casualties 25 Metres from safety using the help of a bystander and available rescue aids.
